Anyone Able to help with TMF listing problems?

Appearently a payment processor i used for my websites like 4 years ago decieded to put me on the TMF file basicly forcing me to close my website. Does anyone have any clue how to get ahold of any info from the TMF file so i can accually figure out this companies contact info to fix it or am i just totally screwed?
