View Full Version : Something New?? How Bout a Porn Industry Cruise?

Here are my thoughts...I just recently went on vacation with a few friends of mine from highschool. We went on a Carnival Cruise. In short it was the most fun I've had in a LONG time* I think haveing an industry cruise would be just the laid back environment everyone needs to relax, do business and wet nut, I mean what not. Its fun and super cheep. (for three people in 1 room, we paid about $620 for seven days no alcohol included, but all food was included, and it was good, good food, I had filet mignon it was so friggen good!) ...Anyway I think it would be great!

*The most fun I've had in a long time refers only to my vacation time and excludes work events such as Internext, the Phoenix Forum and LA pride where what transpires at these events can not compare to my vacation time...

...but its comes close :)

I think it'd work. I've talked with other webmasters about it a few times and how we thought it'd be a great idea.
My only condition would be that at the end of each day we were all allowed to vote on someone that should get thrown overboard because we all can't stand being stuck on a boat with them anymore.

i think it would be great. it would draw a lot of people and force them to network at sea.

...well the important thing is that these ships are so big theres a strong chance you wont even see some of the people. The one I was on was 14 decks, 893 ft long and 116 ft wide.

...however it may be a fun activity.

I think it would be fun! Of course, we'd have to get enough people to make it an entire 'porn industry' cruise....I don't think the 88 year old couples or honeymooners would want to see all of the debauchery! Drama

It should be pointed out for sake of some of the folk here that when tigger speaks of "cruise", he doesn't mean goin' around lookin' for tricks.
Though for some of you that could very well be part of a cruise, it's not the cruise itself.

Well interesting this thread should appear..... I just discovered this week that the CitiBoyz crew already has a cruise planned that departs Los Angeles - http://www.boyzparty.com/common/cruise-ad.jpg

I've decided to go, and it would be cool if there was more of a webmaster contingent.

I cannot think of a better crew to set sail for love and adventure with.

Ah that looks like fun. I won't be around for that one or else I'd def. consider it. Already have plans for that part of Oct.

I think the idea of a cruise is a good one. You thinking about a gay industry cruise or an industry wide cruise? A gay one could work if we were to work with Atlantis or one of the other companies. There is a company looking to fill a boat in the mediterranean for next summer.

This october a lot of folks will be going to the Venus show in Berlin etc. That is where we will be also I believe that AOE is doing a show then and there also. Plus Rent Boy will be doing the Hustlaball at Kit Kat Club again. It is the most insane version of that party since it is anything goes in Berlin.

Hope to see many of you there. A bunch of us went two years ago for a week and had a blast. Band
